Wellness appointments at Lake Stevens Animal Hospital are aimed at providing non-urgent care such as vaccinations, allergy treatment, ear cleanings, etc. Urgent | minor emergency care at Lake Stevens Animal Hospital is aimed to provide same day care to pets who do not require overnight hospitalization or advanced surgery. Surgery and dental appointments are scheduled after your veterinarian consultation at Lake Stevens Animal Hospital. We are always open to new clients. We also offer payment plans through care credit, scratchpay and care plans through SNOUT (including financing of spays, neuters, dental cleanings and more!).
Our No Show Policy.
At Lake Stevens Animal Hospital, we appreciate and value your time! In an effort to serve as many pets and pet parents as possible, BoosterPet requests at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellation or changes in appointments. At our discretion, we may charge for no show appointments which are not canceled at least 24 hrs in advance.
